Crimping ferrules
To assemble high pressure hoses properly, we have a wide range of ferrules on the shelf.
Depending on the hose type the right crimp socket must be choosen to secure a correct and reliable connection.We have detailed pressures tables available for the most common types of ferrules.

Fittings
Besides the standard series of hose couplings we also supply the so-called “Plug-In” straight hose plugs for fast and effective assembly in poorly accessible places such as valve blocks and manifolds. Threading according to JIC , DIN , BSP standards …

SAE flange fittings
Full range of flange fittings to SAE standards , pressure classes 3000 and 6000 psi., supplied basically in forged steel from 1/2” to 5” for the 3000 series and 1/2” to 3” for 6000 psi.
Many features , i.e. welding collar , internally and externally threaded , insert design are available from stock.
Different stainless steel grades are available within a fairly acceptable delivery time. All accessories like bolting and seals in different materials could be supplied with the fittings.

Threaded Adapters
All types and sizes from 1/8" to 2.1/2" are available in this extensive product range. These adapters are intrinsically supplied in zinc plated steel with many grades of sealing devices (nitrile,viton,ptfe etc...). Most of the items can also be delivered in common AISI stainless steel grades on specific demand.
Besides the straight, elbowed, T- and cross adapters in threads such as UN/UNF, NPTF, NPSM, JIC, BSPP, BSPT, ORFS, JIS and METR, plugs and thread caps are also available.
The versatility of automotive brands import from the US , Europe and the Far-East multiplies the number of thread- and design features.Hence we do constantly update our data-base in order to cover a wide variety to meet your specific demand.
